Smart trustee is a team of enthusiasts from the trustee and building trades whose watchwords are:

Rigor - Availability - Listening, with the ambition of making the Syndic a local and quality business.

Coming from a course of studies applied to Construction and Real Estate as well as a career in Insurance, the Smart Syndic team must be up to date with the latest legal and technical regulations in order to best respond to the needs of the co-owners.. 

 

From Menton by birth and by heart, Smart Syndic has its headquarters at 8 Avenue du Général de Gaulle 06500 Menton - Le Florentina building, also accessible from the seaside.

It is in this sense that we will contribute ardently to the promotion of the city and its local fabric. 

 

The trustee activity as exercised today unfortunately does not fully meet the needs of condominiums.

The syndic plays the role of administrative manager while the majority of his time he must meet urgent and daily needs, in terms of maintenance and works.

To date, experience has shown us that many procedures are due to a technical deficiency involving the responsibility of the co-ownership. This unfortunate reality is expressed simply by: Approximate monitoring and acceptance of the site carried out by an untrained eye, thus committing the co-ownership to long and costly procedures.

On the other hand, with regard to day-to-day management, it is generally noted that the delays between the reporting of problems and the intervention of service providers are not mastered. And for good reason,  the initial request is often incomplete or inaccurate (due to a lack of time and technical skills of the trustee and the SC). It also results in quotes or even work carried out without it being necessary and at excessive prices. It is in this sense that Smart Syndic wants to be your best ally.
